At PENN&INK N.Y, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new items aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in their original condition.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected and processed your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
